in all award programs, we also have our disqualification rules, for
obvious reasons. Although this page may not be appealing due to its
nature, you should appreciated the scope behind it; to provide a
better Internet with family friendly and safe surf web sites.
Below is a list of all disqualifying criteria. There are no
exceptions! Any web site meeting one or more of these conditions
will be automatically disqualified.
Your
site will be disqualified:
01. If your web site contains or promotes; violence, jingoism, intolerance, drug, pornography, hatred material, adult material, satanism and dark life, discrimination or racism of any kind.
02. If there are links to the above mentioned, or pop-up windows to such
sites.
03. If you resubmit your WEB site within 60 days from last review.
04. If your web site does not have an awards won/received page on your first page or navigation menu.
05. If your web site does not contain a copyright and privacy statement.
06. If your web site has any copyright violations,
plagiarism.
07. If your web site promotes illegal activities.
08. If you web site is under construction or have any “Coming soon signs”. All pages must be ready for
viewing.
09. If your web site has the right mouse click
disabled.
10. If your web site contain different backgrounds on every page.
11.
If
your web site shows horizontal scrollbars at either 800 X 600 or
1024 X 768 resolution, with exceptions of search engine, site map,
Guest Books and forums hosted on external resources.
12. If your web site contains dead links or crashed images, as they give a very bad impression.
13. If your web site contains copied images from another web site and used without permission, or for not giving the proper credit.
14. If your web site makes use of background music without the option to turn it off.
15. If your web site makes use of Flash-Introductions without the skip-intro option.
16. If your web site offers an awards program requesting users to sign their Guest Book to win their award.
17. If your web site forces a visitor to sign up for newsletters etc… in order to gain entry to their web site.
18. If
your web site contains source code errors resulting from Java
Applets or scripts that fails to load properly.
19. If your web site has visible source code/fragments on a web page.
20. If your web site contain 404's errors.
21. If your web site makes use of blinking text.
